Tuesday, May 5, 2026: Honolulu/ Carlsbad, CA — City SC and Honolulu Bulls SC are proud to announce a new strategic partnership that brings Hawai‘i’s leading youth soccer program into the City SC national affiliate network. This collaboration will enhance coaching education, expand player development pathways, and strengthen both organizations’ shared commitment to raising the standard of youth soccer across the country with a new strategic focus in Hawai‘i.
“Honolulu Bulls is a fantastic club with a strong presence in the local community and a clear commitment to player development,” said Executive Boys Director (City SC), Glenn Malone. “From our first conversations, it was clear there was strong alignment in how we view the game and what we want to build for players. We’re excited to welcome Honolulu Bulls to the City SC network and look forward to growing together.”

Honolulu Bulls, which serves youth ages 4-17, from first touches on the ball all the way through high-level youth competition, joins the growing City SC National Affiliate Network, which will grow its national footprint and reinforce a unified vision centered on long-term player development, coaching quality, and strong community values. As part of the partnership, Honolulu Bulls SC will retain its established club name as the oldest Club in the State of Hawai‘i, established in 1975, and branding while integrating City SC’s nationally recognized support across key technical and operational areas.
“This partnership gives our coaches and players access to a broader platform while allowing us to stay true to who we are as a club,” said Honolulu Bulls Director, Olivier Rolland. “With our recent success in tournament play, crowning 8 State Championship teams, this partnership will only continue to expand our Club’s excellence. City SC brings a level of structure and support that will help us continue to grow and create meaningful opportunities for our players.”
Through the City SC Coaching Development Program, Bulls coaches will gain access to a comprehensive suite of resources, including the City SC and Coaches Voice session library, Sports Session Planner tools, and ongoing coaching education delivered both virtually and in-person.
Players within Honolulu Bulls SC will benefit from expanded opportunities through the City SC network—including access to the City Connect National Program, increased exposure to high-level training and competition environments, and direct collaboration with City SC technical leadership to support player progression and pathway alignment.
“This is an exciting step forward for our club,” added Honolulu Bulls President Justin Facciolo. “We’re looking forward to working alongside City SC to strengthen what we already do well and continue building for the future.”
